While the renowned interior design and architect offices like Ateliersv, Eins:33, The Walking House and Tools Off.Architecture opened the doors to their bureaus Wednesday in the evening, the team of Arnold/ Werner presented their current work within one of their own creations, the Edmoses bar (pic 5, 6).
While serving currywurst with french fries the creatives showcased impressions of their projects - like the rebuidling and fit out of a chalet in the Bavarian Alps (pic 1), the interior design of an former fishermen’s house (pic 2) or the design of their own nightclub Bob Beaman (pic 3, 4). All that on the two flatscreens in the glassy bar next to Munich’s celebrated museum Haus der Kunst.
The first Long Night of Architecture took place during the Munich Creative Business Week 2012, which is now running until the 12th of February. In this period Munich presents itsself as a design metropolis, where more than 90 design events will take place.
