Satellite Voices showcases a new collaboration between the Munich photographer and stylist duo

For summer 2012, it's about a modern reinterpretation of the feminine retro look of the 50s, and I worked with the photographer Heiko Dreher at Munich’s most interesting furniture showroom for a new editorial - the perfect location for the story with both a modern and classical retro style.
ClassiCon presents individual designs in a timeless aesthetic. More important than the degree of fame achieved by the creator is a demonstrated with a fascination with new formal concepts and interesting new designers next to famous classics like Eileen Gray furniture.
In the case of Konstantin Grcic as found at Classicon - this has resulted in a longstanding collaboration, which the Munich designer took advantage of right from the start by including references to the iconic Eileen Gray in his Orcus secretary. Today Konstantin Grcic is considered as one of the most influential contemporary industrial designers worldwide.
