Surreal comic art from the European masters opens to Munich

The Aaber Art Space and Jörg Heitsch Gallery presents an outstanding exhibition called "Jim Avignon & Friends". The infamous artist, performer, musician and writer Jim Avignon lives in Berlin and New York and is well-known for his naive style of drawing and this Munich exhibition comes highly anticipated. Alongside Jim Avignon, Jörg Heitsch Gallery also shows the artist Jon Burgerman, renowned for his comic art and together Jim and Jon have created the electro band Anxieteam.
The Aaber Art Space will exhibit the "...and Friends" segment. This one includes Fehmi Baumbach, the Berlin based artists Juju, Mia Gideon and Lea Heinrich, members of the drawing collective En Masse from Montreal.
