Q & A

What's...
...so special about you, then?

I'm a native Bavarian (and can speak the dialect very well).

...your worst vice?

Thinking too much (I think).

...better - analog or digital?

Depends on the situation and the idea - but I love the feeling of analog and I just got an analog medium-format camera.

...your favourite piece of clothing?

Maybe my pajamas, ha ha... Mundane dresses... Or if it could be shoes, my boots.

...the world coming to?

Indescribability.

...your MySpace page?

...the name of your hero?

Passion and love.

...so great about your hero?

It's in everyone and for everyone and very very powerful.

...next year going to bring?

Hopefully great news and chances.

...your worst fashion secret?

Too many worst fashion secrets!

How would you describe your work?

As I'm doing Fine Arts I'm not just working with photography (though mainly) but I think a lot of my work is about the concept of "reality" (of things and states) - questioning those things we might have too used to. Also everyday experiences and structures and vital emotions inspire me, and I try to create "visual examples" in which people can find their own experiences. Often it's based on a certain concept but it's also spontaneous. My work is curious, diverse, ambiguous, imperfectly perfect, sensitive and rough, aspiring, emerging, driven and passionate. My work is me and you and nobody and everybody. Oscillating; on the move. My work is salty milk and existence. I don't want to limit anything, in any case. And my work is beyond those words, I guess.
