While some on the internet were making fun (and memes) out of Brazil's loss to Germany last night, this will be one match forever etched onto the memories of Brazilian supporters - where were you? Who were you with? How did it feel? It was the country's first competitive defeat on home soil for the first time since 1975 and they lost in a manner that nobody could have foreseen. Make no mistake, this was Brazilian football's darkest hour. We've got photographers around the world for our daily photo feed, so let's have a look at some utter desperation.

Brazilians are a religious bunch, but it the old "weepy-pray" technique clearly isn't doing the team any favours.
