Since 2007, BUG at the BFI Soutbank has provided a regular space for promo lovers and young directors to geek out at the latest innovations from the world of music video. This weekend, guests will receive the additional excitement of being chilled to the bone, as BUG embarks on its Halloween special, aptly entitled “The Evilution of Music Video”. The spooky shorts – a taste of which can be gleaned from this preview showreel – will be accompanied by a special guest appearance from Edgar Wright, writer and director of Shaun of the Dead and Spaced. The frightful selection of macabre promos, both classic and previously unseen, will begin showing at 20:45 this Halloween at NFT1.
