One of the best thing to come for 2009.3) David Aussi – Automachine (White)David Aussi is an eighteen years old swedish rookie. He sends us tracks via MSN every two weeks, and every time the nappes are more mellow, more dreamy , more beautiful. Moreover, "Aussi" (which means "too" and "moreover" in French) is a name we can make a lot of joke with. 4) The Big Pink - Too Young To Love (Delorean Remix) (Merok)It's a remix done by our third signing, Barcelona ex-emo band Delorean, for the new band of our dear friend Milo (boss of the great Merok label). One could think I put this here for friendship but it is in fact a dream song, congas included.5) The Golden Filter - Solid Gold (Mondkopf remix) (Dummy)Mondkopf is a 23 years old producer parisian producer with the laidback attitude of his hometown of south of France and the gifted hand to produce tracks somewhere between electronica and techno with a universe that is totally is own. He did the first EP of the Fool House series and his first album will be release by Asphalt Duchess in May.6) Chin Chin - Toot D'Amore (Eli Escobar remix) (Definitive Jux)Eli is the perfect american DJ / producer with a great disco, funk, hip-hop and pop collection that he is sharing a bit on his blog. His edits are always a must, this remix is amongst our favorite of the past year.7) Salem – Water (Merok)This song is from their next EP on Merok (again !). It's Glass Candy meets My Bloody Valentine played by potential crackheads. It is also very beautiful.8) Animal Collective - My Girls (Domino)I don't care about material things! Animal Collective going RnB : the first big hit of 2009.9) The Twerps - Dance Alone (Self-produced 7")Our good friend Guillaume "Lespinasse" Lidon over at Boomshine records made us discover The Twerps for New Years' Eve, when everyone was getting tired and leaving, it was indeed the perfect time to listen to "Dance Alone" and get seduced by the little Velvet Underground touch. 10) Qoso - Smiley Soup (White)Qoso brings a zulu vibe to smart techno and it's irresistible.
