Montreal duo Solar Year first emerged this summer with their break-out single "Brotherhood" - featuring past Dazed covergirl Grimes - and an emotionally intense video directed by artist and friend Emily Kai Bock. The two members Ben Borden and David Ertel have since impressed at this year's CMJ, Ad Hoc and POP Montreal's illustrious showcases with their kaleidoscopic electro-tinged pop and stunning live visuals. Their comeback effort, 'Night & Day' launches on Berlin-based leftfield pop label (No Fear in Pop x Splendour) Stratosfear, whilst their debut LP entitled Waverly will be out out April 2013 on Ceremony and Splendour.
