Dazed & Confused is looking for a Special Projects Coordinator with at least two years experience within a project/account management role within a similar industry

Special Projects Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a project/account management role within a similar industry. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail with strong written/language skills, who can whip up amazing proposals (on either powerpoint or in-design). Candidates must have great communications skills and be able to multi-task.

Required skills:

MAC OSX
PowerPoint
Word
Excel (for budgeting)
InDesign (or use of similar design software a bonus)


Duties:

Schedule, take minutes and prepare action points for weekly special project meetings.
Discussing, researching and drafting proposal pitch documents for client presentations including producing text, assembling images and laying out information to a professional standard. Attending pitch meetings where required.

Prepare forecast production budgets for sign off and manage costs during production process in collaboration with colleagues. Archive all project budgets.

Draft contracts and make amendments as directed. Ensure each project has a signed off contract which is kept on file.

Meeting with and discussing special project opportunities with PR agency contacts. Nurturing these relationships and updating contacts on new Dazed group developments.

Making sure internal department are briefed clearly on each project and keep to the agreed deadlines. Also ensuring that clients are aware of the production time line and sign off accordingly.

Where required, developing and drafting media packs, issue previews and other vital advertiser information to be circulated externally
