Dazed Media are hiring a Partnerships Editor who, aligned with our studio and editorial teams will ideate and inform a wide range of bespoke commercial projects ensuring successful editorial-led responses across Dazed Media

About the role: Partnerships Editor, Dazed Media Studio

Role Summary

The Studio team brings the creative, editorial, design and production capabilities of Dazed Media to clients. Dazed Media Studio work with a multitude of brands across all sectors building and delivering bespoke offering from advertorials and microsites to events, video productions, seeding and activation of content, contract publishing and creative consultancy. Aligned with our studio and editorial teams, you will ideate and inform a wide range of bespoke commercial projects ensuring successful editorial-led responses across Dazed Media

Reporting to: Editorial Director, Dazed Studio

Terms: Full time role with competitive salary.

23 days annual leave plus public holidays.

Office located at 2 Arundel Street, London WC2R 3DA

Duties, responsibilities & deliverables

- Develop pro-active editorial led content formats for brand partners

- Ideate and concept editorial-led responses for commercial briefs across Dazed Media

- Serve as a bridge between Dazed Studio and Dazed/AnOther editorial teams

- Develop editorial content formats for new Dazed verticals (e.g. beauty, streetwear)

- Develop multimedia commercial editorial projects across online, social, video

- Commission, write, proofread and sub copy when required

- Work closely and develop relationships with all teams across Dazed Media

- Stay up to date with commercial, social and luxury industry news-

- Develop and grow a network of creative contacts

- Attend client meetings and liaise directly with clients when required-

- Act as an ambassador for Dazed Studio

Skills, experience & personal attributes:

 - Proven editorial, social and commercial experience

- Excellent writing, subbing and editing skills

- In-depth knowledge of the Dazed Media brand (tone of voice, aesthetic and relevant talent)-

- Broad range of cultural interests across fashion, art and culture; strong understanding of compelling youth culture stories, as well as fashion, retail and beauty industries

- Passionate about content, digital storytelling and social distribution

- Eager to respond quickly and comprehensively to briefs and client requests

- Ability to devise and develop efficient and effective processes to manage varying workloads and time pressures

- Confident working independently and productively as a member of a collaborative team

- Open to sharing ideas, accepting constructive feedback to benefit you, your projects and your team

- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail

- Full of energy and enthusiasm and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
