Missoni Womenswear A/W10

There was a defiantly raw spirit at the Missoni show, evident in sweaters that ended short or were stretched long, capes thrown over in a purposely haphazard way and structured bras and crop tops being exposed in practically every outfit. All of this still showcased Missoni's supremacy in textiles and knitwear where patterns traversed from chevron-based patchwork to gingham to oversized leaf prints. Textural contrast was very much high on priority for Angela Missoni and this was then complimented by Margherita Missoni's first accessories collection with comprised of chrome bangles and thick neck chokers accented with colour that held the shapeshifting pieces in place.
