Anne Valerie Hash wanted to loosen up for spring summer and by putting all the girls in Converse shoes, Hash was concurring with other designers' desire for flats. The shoes acted as a contrasting point to Hash's trademark brand of pretty dress that are never too saccharine. In muted watercolour shades, light airy fabrics were transformed into sack dresses, loose trousers and skirts.
