Sunday kicked off with DKNY where a celebratory mood was in the air for the label’s 20th anniversary. A barrage of singing and dancing children and models bounced down the catwalk for the finale while Donna looked on with pride. Patric Ervell had a super cool casting and a military march sound track, which lead Ervell’s strong and tailored silhouettes. A finale look of pearly queen like buttoned sweater was a highlight of the S/S collection. DVF presented her Rock Goddess collection with a 60s/70s St Tropez mood meets Stevie Nicks-style gypsy. Jo-lo, Eva Longoria, Uma Thurman and the very beautiful Stephanie Seymour joined the standing ovation for Diane. Y-3 joined the S/S menswear trend for androgyny with an array of skirts and dresses for boys. Crushed, tech fabric looks in vermilion and bolero jackets were highlights. Jonathon Saunders dazzled this season with rainbow bright palette in structured silhouettes and floaty, layered looks too. The day ended with an energetic, summery offering from Miss Sixty.
