The style was harsh, the tempo fast and the attitude tough. Black leather was the fabric of choice, but a bit of glitter kept the glamour alive and well amongst all the gothic references. In term of styling, Armani had opted for leggings underneath shorts, and much of the knitwear came ripped and deconstructed.Black Chelsea boots made for a more formal look, which was confirmed by a section of white shirts. Overall it was a monochrome show, focused on black, white and grey. All the sleeveless shirts, jackets and cardigans stood out. That is, until a dozen male swimsuits took to the stage, only to be upstaged by a Lady Gaga video and a disciplined troop of marching Armani cops, dressed head-to-toe in black riding boots and uniform hats.
