Focusing on the current shoot, entitled 'Leading Lady' and styled by Senior Fashion Editor Katie Shillingford, yoox.com have chosen the depiction of a fictional film heroine, cavorting in a mustard yellow skirt and floral Christopher Kane jumper paired with vintage sunglasses. To emulate the elegance of Pierre Debusschere's leading ladies, their picks have included a two-tone leather clutch, tortoise shell sunglasses, and patent Mary-Janes as featured on their site.


The selection continues the sartorial theme of the magazine editorial, but by making clothes inspired by the photographs available to the public, yoox.com are adding a layer of readership involvement onto Dazed & Confused's aesthetic vision of vintage elegance.
