Australian label LF Markey takes on the British Isles with a host of new stores

Australian born Louise Markey is about to launch her label, LF Markey, on to the British public through a range of boutiques and a new website e-shop. The Central Saint Martins MA graduate and Fashion Fringe finalist have so far shone with her retail absence on these shores. The problem was solved with the help of Matches and the new cyber presence of www.lfmarkey.com. Available to online customers are now four basic pieces from the Spring Summer collection, while Matches has got their hands on two of the brightly coloured duchess silk cocktail dresses, with chunky sports detailing, that has become eponymous with the label. For her current season, Louise Markey has explored the twilight zone of using sportswear as evening wear.
