The Cavalli Mansion has finally succumbed to fan pressure and increased its web presence. The Italian power house, famous for sexy leopard prints, has unleashed an Internet attack worthy of the daring animal whose print it constantly use. Roberto Cavalli can now be interacted with – except for on the website – through both a Facebook fan site and Twitter.
Except for a relaunched website, Mr Cavalli has also added a blog function in honour of the label’s 40th anniversary this year. Add to that a new Quick Response twist to the current Cavalli CLASS Spring Summer advertising campaign and the veteran designer has virtually managed to revitalize the entire brand. Cavalli's new “mobile portal” can be accessed worldwide on a smart phone.
