The girls from Town throw crumpled party dresses over slips, changing out of velvet pumps for slim lace-up ankle boots. Gardening chic showed the way, with mint greens and shearling jackets keeping them warm, and hand knit jumpers worn around their necks.

With the lightly teased, wind-swept hair and smart jackets, Howell took preppy and gave it an English town house spin and reworked oversized wraps with lemon tartans belted at the waist. Masculine jackets and large drowning coats gave the girls an even more delicate look, as if they'd just gotten out of bed.
