Already images are trickling through of we can expect for the new season's MAN day in London Fashion Week.
Tim Soar has opted for a presentation of his A/W 10-11 collection this season which will take place on the last MAN day. Soar has certain fixations on the past with his collection "Reassembly Of Past Things - Handsome". "The starting point where a late Victorian dinner suit, some lovely traditional menswear fabrics and an inkling that a Seventies silhouette, when done really crisply, would look great," explains Soar. Neo-Victoriana, Vaudeville Studio 5 references as well as a dash of post Mod English culture make up the an unlikely inspiration mix for the clothes that come across with sleek ease. We shall have to wait to see how those music influences are conveyed at his presentation in February.
