Zero + Maria Cornejo has introduced a capsule menswear collection to be launched for Spring/Summer 2010 season

Maria Cornejo’s new collection is a translation of her distinctive approach to her women's designs as key pieces for men. Classic Zero + Maria Cornejo shapes are the backbone of the collection, including a concave shaped rain jacket, a double-layered shirt in textured cotton, a seamless 'one shirt' in jersey, and a pair of black tailored slim trousers.
The distillation of her unique style shows in the fabrics that seem structured and utilitarian yet casual. Collared shirts are available in soft cottons - poplin or summer plaid, whilst oversized cotton mesh knits and softly tailored blazers are in cotton fleece. Lines are slightly skewed and off kilter where the shirts feature one slim side and the other with double the volume.
The collection will be available in stores January 15th 2010.
