Jayce Wong quite literally wants you to flash your gems in the dark as this classically trained jeweller and gemologist showcases a passion for coloured gemstones. Wong, who studied jewellery design at Central Saint Martins plays up a gemstone’s natural fluorescence which causes them to glow under UV light. Put simply, Wong puts glow stick qualities into a fine piece of jewellery and conventionally valuable stones like rubies and diamonds are given a fresh new context by the power of light.

Kabiri will be showcasing Wong’s new collection at their flagship Covent Garden store alongside by furniture designer Samantha Stephenson from November 26 to December 3.
