Sonia Rykiel's intimate store show were given a boost with the addition of disco balls and confetti floors. Likewise, of course the clothes were also made to go out dancing in. All the Rykiel knitwear classics were there and other than that, it was an explosion of an almost pop-art take on thirties/forties tailoring that resulted in PVC see-through macs, oversized leaf printed silk trouser suits and lots of flirty dresses, well accessorised by disc hats.
