In front of the hustle and bustle of Regent Street, the Beautiful Crime artists painted live in the windows, giving a new painted twist to the existing A|X Armani Exchange photographic imagery.Beautiful Crime as a creative agency started in 2004, was the first online gallery to showcase street art originals, discovering major contemporary artists such as Adam Neate, Herakut and Slinkachu, focusing on urban art and culture from the streets to the billboard, via the social web, mobile and print. The installation was similar to previous projects as seen at the Royal Albert Hall, featuring colourful large-scale spray-painted images. The Beautiful Crime artists involved, Finbarr DAC, Fark FK and Snik have beautified streets across the world with their distinctive manga infused art. Irish Finbarr DAC now lives in London, a relative newcomer to the urban art scene but is already a regular at major painting events and exhibitions. As an original member of the Wonderland Collective with whom he recently completed work on the Load Exhibition at the Royal Albert Hall. Fark FK is a well regarded key artist at Banksy’s Cans Festival and Difusor in Barcelona, often commissioned by brands for his pop-manga graphics, whilst Snik is Rutland’s only breakout urban artist, a 'self-confessed early vandal' looking for new visual challenges.
