While you might be dreaming about getting your hands on your very own Louis Vuitton this Christmas, for the more realistic among you, meet Pooey Puitton.

‘Who is Pooey Puitton?’ you might ask. Well, simply, it’s a shit-shaped, slime-filled purse made to look like the Parisian house’s iconic (but sadly discontinued) Multicolore Takashi Murakami collab.

With giant, glossy lips and glistening eyes, Pooey – full name Poopsie Pooey Puitton – is quite possibly the most accurate representation of 2018. She’s the meeting of fashion (and its currently on-trend oversized bags), slime, and emojis – what’s not to love? Originally sold in Walmart and Target – and for a steal of $69 – the demand for Pooey has grown exponentially around the world in the last few weeks, with the poo-shaped purse now being sold on Amazon and eBay for considerably jacked up prices.

Too late to be considered for 2018’s style icons, Pooey is an early contender for 2019. Who knows, perhaps it could be a new style for LV’s AW19 collection. Over to you, Nicolas Ghesquière.
