Initial reaction:

Missy Elliot took a trip with the Maasai tribe.

References:

Maasai tribes, hip hop, Hans Feurer photographs.

Stand out looks:

The most ornately embroidered and beaded hoodies you've ever seen, and the parachute silk parkas.

Unexpected details:

Sportswear gets crunked up with Pucci excess: hoodies are cropped and cut from leather and an athletic oversized string vest is made up of micro beading.

Most likely to:

Be worn by RiRi when she gets on stage to perform in Lagos.

Least likely to:

Go into the boxing ring despite the embroidered boxing bootie heels.

Accessories:

Croc bum bags on hot hips, and hiking sandals and boxing boots spiked up with stiletto heels.

Beauty:

Late 80s/early 90s side-swept surfs-up hair by Luigi Murenu.

Soundtrack:

Michel Gaubert's Janet Jackson mega mix.

Left us wanting:

To see rich women in Capri working out in the gym wearing interpretation of sportswear.
