Initial Reaction:

Monet-inspired water nymphs in the city.

Atmosphere:

Pastel water lily prints projected on to the backdrop.

References:

Enchanted gardens, rippling water and abstracted florals.

Stand out looks:

Watercolour plisse silk separates in iridescent colours.

Most likely to:

Fit right into a Georges Seurat painting on La Grande Jatte.

Least likely to:

Get wrecked on a Saturday night: the Emporio Armani girl is too serene for that.

Accessories:

Floral printed briefcases, ombre silvery tights and perspex floral neckpieces.

Beauty:

Coiled up hair tightly wound around kirby grips, left in the hair as accessories.

Quote of the show:

"Emporio Armani suggests an evocative future in which nature is reflected in the rigors of high technology."

Left us wanting:

A peaceful walk around a gallery of Monet watercolours.
