Tillmann Lauterbach named his AW13 collection after Joy Division, a nod to the band's drawing on energy past to create an undiscovered modernity.
"We work with the oldest of manufacturers, most of them family-run, like our Austrian felt producer and aim to create tension by employing new techniques and blending these with our designs," says Lauterbach. "It’s not about imposing a look, but about proposing varied options to contribute to a unique wardrobe through the same aesthetic lens."
Styled with trainers, the collection spoke on an identifiable level, amidst custom artwork dressing the set by the designer.
