It was on Sunday at midday, I started working with Katy on Wednesday; casting and doing looks for two days then moving onto fittings. The clothes are very delicate and there were a few models that wore two looks – they had to change quickly but carefully. Which is always stressful but it all went to plan so that was good!Marios’ collection this season was so beautiful. One of his inspirations was the honeycomb of bees, which was seen in knitwear and dresses. The embroidery techniques used throughout the collection were intricate and exciting. He had also developed raffia into many garments which looked fantastic. The shoes with leather fringing were amazing and they really came to life when the girls were on the catwalk.I loved the make up by Val Garland, which was a modern warrior look. The opening looks were definitely ones I would love to wear, as were the finale looks – a modern girl's gown.I'm looking forward to working on the Philip Treacy show tonight again with Katy England. The hats are incredible pieces and the show is at the Royal Courts of Justice – an epic location!"Text and additional photography Ellie Grace Cumming Escape the algorithm!
