Fashion / InsiderInsider Access: Milan Menswear S/S13 Day OneDazed & Confused's Elizabeth Fraser-Bell on spectacle and star spotting...ShareLink copied ✔️June 24, 2012FashionInsiderPhotography Barbara Anastacio Text Dazed Digital Dazed's team round up each day of Milan menswear Spring/Summer 13 with their thoughts. At the end of day one, we speak to the magazine's Deputy Fashion Editor, Elizabeth Fraser-Bell... Dazed Digital: Jil Sander returned to steer the eponymous label she founded. How was the show?Elizabeth Fraser-Bell: Everything was beautifully cut, in clean shapes – as you would expect from the modernist designer. The casting was particularly great, with a few new faces in the mix I thought were cool and need to investigate.DD: How was Dolce & Gabbana? The show always feels how you'd expect a fashion show to feel, doesn't it?Elizabeth Fraser-Bell: Well first of all I am a real Dolce fan! That's me, the Dolce & Gabbana girl in the sunglasses enjoying the riviera! It was a real experience, so glamorous and a spectacle in the best way. The show had a Sicilian theme and there were cacti all around the bannisters as you were walking in.DD: What else did you enjoy?Elizabeth Fraser-Bell: The metallics at Burberry Prorsum, which will shoot so incredibly. And Neil Barrett, styled by our Senior Fashion Editor Robbie Spencer. The clothes were slick and covetable, I particularly loved the amazing calfskin tie-dye jackets! Star spotting, it was fun to see Hayden Christensen, Chace Crawford and Rachael Bilson at Versace – that was appropriate given most of this collection will end up poolside in Hollywood.
