Shown exclusively on Dazed Digital, the drawings - made by the Missoni atelier in Milan - show the soft colour palette used in the Autumn Winter collection. Perfectly matched with what is normally a cold, wet and windy season, Missoni went to Britain for inspiration, and we saw gilets, anoraks and duffel coats - all in the brand's characteristic knitwear patterns. "Using illustration and art to communicate fashion is always something that Missoni has always used to convey the collections or campaigns. In the past, we have brought out illustrated advertising campaigns and the medium feels very real – and I wanted to dip into heritage which is always at the core of what we do", Angela Missoni said about the paper and pen work.
