Wrapped up tightly in black, leather, gothic, bondage style sleeves and socks, yet still decorated with softer oversized leather bows, Adam Entwisle and Emma Hales presented us with boys and girls that brought to mind a post apocalyptic, new race to fear and admire, and they were hot!Elegant, sheer, hooded chiffon tops were worn with hessian, high waisted trousers all tied up together with a long black leather belt covered in oversized black studs, and finished off with sizeable resin skulls hanging around the neck.It was noted that this collection had a certain hand-made element to it. Long crocheted, hand knitted jumpers, and patchwork ponchos lent themselves well to the concept of a futuristic tribe - a desert survivor. An unexpected yet faultless combination of traditional Arabian dress, gothic inspired leather and studs, and punk influenced slashed denim made for an imaginative and excellent show – in fact the best of the day, and I can’t wait for it to hit the shops in spring!
