Functionality, classicism, and youthful elegance is at the heart of Marni's menswear A/W12 collection, based on the gentleman's wardrobe and the brand's signature artistic touch. The result is a compact line of generation enduring staples viewed through the curious eyes of a young adult. Sober yet playful: precise lines, graphic cuts and easy shapes are worn under quilted jackets with bright collars, tartan coats gain contrast sleeves, deep v-neck jumpers and collarless overcoats, whilst bonded shearling coats share space with urban zip-up blousons, thick-knit jumpers, intarsia sweaters and jacquard longjohns.
