As part of Hackney Wicked, the annual art celebration in east London, the collaborative creative duo James Fisher and Jon Glazier have once again come up with an imaginative concept. Moving on from last year's mask theme, the pair has written and plan to perform three plays and five acts in the space of three days. Housed in the Old Blue Print Building, 'I Once Dreamt I Was A Pipe, But Not A Pipe' is a two man conversational performance focused on the subjects of romance, comedy and tragedy. For reasons only known to the actors and their girlfriends, the play - which will in parts be improvised -appears to have the sub theme of 'the love and fear if ironing'. Nevertheless, the festival and this event in particular, is one to watch this weekend...
