Can You Create a Killer Album Cover?

We team up with Firetrap and record label Full Time Hobby to put out an open call for an original album cover.
Have
you got what it takes to come up with a truly killer album cover? We
know there are plenty of you who can rise to the occasion, which is why DazedDigital.com have teamed up with
super-sharp clothing label Firetrap, to give you the chance to design
an album cover for excellent independent record label Full Time Hobby –
home to awesome bands including Dazed faves White Denim and School of
Seven Bells. The winner will see their design used as a cover for Hobbyism, the Full Time Hobby
compilation out early next year. Full Time Hobby will select the
overall winner, whose work will also be reproduced on a Firetrap
product and sold in shops. The Dazed editors and Firetrap will select four
runners-up from the top voted entries, who, along with the winner, will
see their design on Firetrap product and receive £250 of Firetrap
vouchers to redeem online.
We're looking for original work from aspiring photographers, illustrators, typographers and artists and it's up to you what you create and how you go about it, but it will need to be able to fit on a standard CD. For full terms and conditions and to submit a design click here.
