Launched by the NSPCC and backed by Penguin's new teen book site Spinebreakers, the competition will have celebrity participants including Nick Hornby, Zadie Smith, Nicholas Hoult and DJ Nihal. Submissions will be open to a public vote and then judged by a celebrity panel, with the winning stories published in an anthology by Penguin.
