ROBIN WILLIAMS DIED AGED 63

Although mostly remembered for his incredible contributions to films such as Aladdin and Mrs Doubtfire, we looked back at some of Robin Williams' lesser known roles. A wonderfully talented actor, he will go down in history as one of the funniest men to grace the screen. A truly brilliant man – rest in peace Robin.

BLACKFISH HAD AN ENORMOUS IMPACT ON SEAWORLD'S REVENUES

The 2013 documentary Blackfish, that followed the story of a captive, mistreated orca called Tilikum, badly affected the financial fortunes of the controversial seapark in Florida. Reports showed a drop in share value of 33% and a miss in projected targets of $40million. Ah, the power of cinema.

MICHAEL CERA RELEASED A PRETTY GOOD SURPRISE ALBUM

The Arrested Development star dropped a lo-fi record called True That out of absolutely nowhere. It turned up on Bandcamp, everyone listened to it and said "hey, that's pretty good". It features a lot of piano and some rough yet charming production. Here's Michael playing some Weezer on the radio (not included on the album)

PALESTINIANS TWEETED ADVICE TO FERGUSON RESIDENTS ON HOW TO DEAL WITH POLICE TEAR GAS ATTACKS

Shows of international solidarity hit Twitter this week as Palestinians tweeted protesting Ferguson residents with advice on how to deal with tear gas attacks. Tips include using coke and milk, running into the wind and standing really close to the police. Nice.
