In 1899, the Lumière brothers filmed a mesmerising performance known as the serpentine dance, where a dancer draped in sinuous fabric moved through a series of hypnotic moves. London-based filmmaking duo BISON, who have made videos for Jon Hopkins and London Grammar, update the original dance for 2014 in a crisp and beautiful study of movement.
